Beth Fisher Estep

Biography

Beth Fisher Estep is currently an Assistant Principal at Oak Ridge High School in the Oak Ridge City School District. Beth has been at Oak Ridge High School for 15 years serving as an English teacher, graduation coach, and administrator. She previously served as an Instructional Coach and English Teacher in Knox County and taught English at Henry Co (TN) High School. Beth was selected as the 2009 Tennessee Titans Teacher of the Year. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wake Forest University, a Master of Education degree in Secondary English Education from Wake Forest, and an administrative endorsement from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Beth has chosen to pursue a Doctor of Education degree from UTK to broaden her knowledge of current practices in school leadership, to expand her career opportunities, and to be a part of the proud tradition of the University of Tennessee.
