Biography

Zachary Adams is currently the Director of Postsecondary Coordination & Alignment at the Tennessee Board of Regents. Zachary has worked at the Tennessee Department of Education and as a science teacher in Mississippi and Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Houghton College and a Master of Public Policy degree in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University. Zachary choose to pursue a Doctor of Education degree from UTK to continue to build his expertise in how state-level policy supports district leaders’ efforts in preparing students for postsecondary and career.
