Biography
Sheila K. Morris is currently the Industry Certification & Professional Development Manager with the Tennessee Department of Education. In this role, she leads and oversees the Occupational License New Teaching Training, the New CTE Director Academy, and oversees the statewide promoted industry certification approval process. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Alabama A&M University and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Tennessee State University. Sheila choose to pursue a Doctor of Education degree from UTK due to her commitment to make the jobs of those that already serve in educational leadership, easier.
