Jordyn Horner is currently the Library Media Specialist and an AVID elective teacher at Karns Middle School with Knox County Schools. Jordyn previously worked as the Library Media Specialist at Fairview-Marguerite Elementary with Hamblen County Schools and an Art/Music teacher with Scott County Schools in Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in K-6 Education and Master of Education degree in Educational Media and Educational Technology with a School Library Concentration from East Tennessee State University. Jordyn chose to pursue a Doctor of Education degree from UTK to expand her knowledge of educational leadership and policies so she can better serve her school, students, and families.
