Biography
Brandie Phillips Arnold is currently a Mathematics Academic Consultant in the Centers of Regional Excellence (CORE) office of TN State Dept of Education. Brandie has been in education for 21 years and holds a TN administrator license (K-12). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from UTK, Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from UTK, and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from TTU. Brandie chose to pursue a Doctor of Education degree from UTK to gain expertise and increase her analytical skills.
